The Eco-spray is intended for use with an air + liquid mixture. Very easy to use: fill the bottle with the liquid (suggestion: half a bottle for continuous use) & close it. Then put it under pressure (with a compressor or a bike pump). If there is too much pressure (>8 bar) the safety valve will enter into action.
