What are the file requirements for uploading?
Please ensure your file meets the following requirements for a smooth printing process:
- File Size: Under 500MB
- Minimum Resolution: 150dpi
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Accepted File Types: .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .tif, .zip, .png
Files meeting these criteria are ready for printing!
Could you please assist in reviewing my artwork file?
After placing your order, a graphic specialist will review your artwork to ensure the dimensions are suitable for printing.
If any issues arise, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email.
No contact? Your file is likely ready for print without any issues!

Should I include trim or crop marks in the artwork I upload?
To make things easier for you, there's no need to include trim or crop marks in your final artwork. Our dedicated sales specialist will handle that process and ensure your artwork is print-ready.
PS: Please ensure the file is editable (in .pdf or .eps format)- if editing is necessary.
If I upload a low-resolution file for printing and approve it, will you help ensure it’s printed in high resolution?
Unfortunately, we are unable to improve the quality of a low-resolution file for printing.
